Bullseye knife
A very nice knife. This knife has good weight and a nice feel to it. It is an excellent value for the price well made of good materials. I would recommend this knife to anyone.

Good for a cheap EDC knife
I really liked this knife a lot, in fact before I bought my SOG Aegis and my Ontario Rat 1 folder this was my EDC (Every Day Carry) knife of choice. Now, I only use it around the house and I don't carry it anymore but it is still very functional.

Pros:
Fast ambidextrous deployment
Holes in the handle reduce overall weight of the knife
Tanto shaped blade makes the knife stronger and more durable in a combat role than a drop point or a clip point blade
The metal used to make the knife is decent in strength
The handle fairly comfortable
The carry clip is very tight and strong
Blade is tight and takes minimal adjustment over time
Thumb studs are great

Cons:
The liner lock is a bit thin and looks weak
The blade is too thick and I had to reshape it to get it sharper
The carry clip blocks left hand opening and makes it harder to open with the left hand
Jimping is only aesthetic and has no function whatsoever (thing I hate most about the knife)
Serrations are too long and take up too much of the blade

Overall, the knife is not bad...in fact it is pretty good and it is really user friendly. I don't often see cheap 10 dollar knives with tanto pointed blades, so if you are just starting out and need a strong durable knife for not much money, this blade would be perfect! Although, if you are WILLING to spend 30-50$ or more on a knife you definitely should because it is a lot better to have 1 really good knife then a lot of really bad ones.

Decent for the price.
I bought this knife from amazon about a year and a half ago and was pretty excited to have it once it arrived. It's nice looking, shiny and pretty sharp. I kept it in my pocket and never used it for anything more strenuous than opening boxes, cutting twine off haybails and occasionally whittling. First one of the 3 screws holding the clip randomly disappeared, but it was no big deal, what with the other two holding it on, right? Then the thumbscrew disappeared. Then one of the screws in the handle disappeared. The stupid knife was vanishing, one little bit at a time, and I wasn't exactly using it as a hammer or throwing it at a brick wall. A month or two ago I had to just throw it out after it fell apart. More of the screws holding the 2 halves of the handle together must have committed suicide, because I picked it up on day and the only thing holding it together was the screw that held the blade in.
For the $10 or so i spent on it, it was fine. But I wouldn't buy another one.

Great knife for the price. Some drawbacks.
I wont pretend to know a lot about knives. In my experience with this knife it is a great knife for its price. It was sharp when I bought it and its durable. One problem I had with it was the hinge, I had to loosen it with an alen wrench because it would not open properly. Easy fix. Another problem is that it does not stay sharp. It gets dull easily with lots of use. It does sharpen easy but does not stay sharp. My speculation is that this knife is not made of 440 Stainless like I am used to in a knife. It fits easily in my pocket and is great for around the house, but I would not recommend it to a collector or someone who uses knives heavily.

not bad for a cheapy
This knife is ridiculously inexpensive and has held its edge remarkably long for a knife of its price and a blade of its thinness.
