Just as I expected - Good knife, Great price
This knife looks like something every SWAT member should be carrying. It has a very hi-tech, tactical design to it, but I don't think it would be up to the most extreme tactical tasks. That being said, I think that any tactical operator would be happy to "use and lose" this knife. That's a compliment. This MTECH knife is one that works well for general EDC, and you could rely on it for BASIC tactical and utility uses without being afraid to lose it or break it if you had to thanks to the low cost. Don't think for a minute, though, that you could egress from a downed helo with this thing. Wrong knife for that! But, use it to cut rope and shave wood to your hearts content.

Price Appropriate
I was pleasantly surprised when I first received this knife in the mail. It's really nice looking, extremely sharp and works great. Within two weeks of using the knife, I was missing all of the tiny screws that hold the knife together. For $5, you get what you pay for I guess. But I almost stabbed myself the first time I reached for it and it was open all of the way because the screws weren't holding it together any longer.

S.I.C.K.
This knife is sick it feels so comfortable in you hand. It flips out super fast either using the flipper or with a flick of the wrist. The design on the blade looks really cool although i dont really care for it. All in all a really good knife at a really good price. I cant say much about durability because i just got it today but ive had a few MTech knives and they've lasted a very long time (only one of them broke but i used it to pry open/rip apart an engine part) SUPER happy with it.

Good knife, one fixable flaw
First of all, let me say that this knife arrived on time and was shipped promptly.

The knife is very nice looking, feels very solid, and opens VERY smoothly. It has a knob you flick with your finger while simultaneously flicking your wrist to open it, which is very very easy to do.

The problem that I had with my knife is that, when you opened it slowly (not flicking it hard with your wrist) the locking mechanism wouldn't lock all the way on the blade. This was because the piece of metal that springs to lock the blade in place when you open the knife was *slightly* too large and so it would hit the edge of the locking face of the blade and get caught so that it would not move into place. It took very little force to close the blade back (potentially) onto your fingers. This was very easy to fix by taking the knife apart and using a dremmel tool to file down the locking spring very slightly (maybe half of a millimeter or less). This completely fixed the problem and the knife works perfectly now.

Another thing to note was that the blade did not come very sharp, but after sharpening it has held its edge very well, which is to be expected of a 440C blade.
