This product has a pretty powerful spray. The safety leaves something to be desired, but overall, it makes me feel safe.

I received my product very quickly and it looks just like the picture here on Amazon. I have not used it yet (hope I don't have to) but if and when I do I will report back.

This is a very good product not only for what it is but for how it increases confidence in a world that will throw challenges. Finally as a woman I have something handy that I can use to protect myself. Having it on my key chain, it just gives me a sense of security. Its a small thing but I feel safer. And supporting Breast Cancer Foundation is an added bonus. I am very pleased with this purchase and I have recommended it.

We bought this SABRE Pepper Spray (the Black model) for my daughter to carry with her when traveling to and from college, which is 6 hours in each direction. We know that SABRE is one of the main manufactures of Pepper Spray so felt comfortable with the brand. Here are my observations:

Likes -
+ Main Unit is perfect sized for the hand
+ Belt\Strap Clip is well designed so it is not likely to snag
+ Quick Release Key Ring works as expected and allows for detaching the Pepper Spray when needed

Dislikes -
- While the activation plunger must be twisted to use, I am not positive that it can't be positioned by accident
- Has limited shelf life, mine "expires" in March 2014 (4 years out)

My daughter says she feels better having it, but we still stress the importance of avoiding situations where it could be needed.

This is a conveniently sized canister that has bought us a little piece of mind.

bought this because i spent some time researching shelf-life, amount of half-shots, and this one even supported breast cancer and said that it had a mechanism to reduce blowing back due to wind and also had a quick release keychain - needed a pepper spray to help protect me at college because a lot of people were getting mugged....i recommend it, but obviously i haven't used it yet so i can't really say much for that!
